Hay tres tipos principales de macronutrientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Carbohidratos<\/strong> (o hidratos de carbono): Seg\u00fan la herencia cultural, son la principal fuente de energ\u00eda para tu cuerpo. Los encuentras en alimentos como pan, arroz, pasta, frutas y verduras. Los carbohidratos se descomponen en glucosa, TODOS LOS CARBOHIDRATOS SE DESCOMPONEN EN GLUCOSA, que es utilizada por tus c\u00e9lulas para obtener energ\u00eda.<br><br>Existen dos tipos:<br>&#8211; Carbohidratos simples. Ejemplo: Az\u00facar de mesa.<br>&#8211; Carbohidratos complejos. Ejemplo: Almid\u00f3n de patata.<br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prote\u00ednas<\/strong>: Son fundamentales para la construcci\u00f3n y reparaci\u00f3n de tejidos. Las prote\u00ednas se encuentran en alimentos como carne, pescado, huevos, productos l\u00e1cteos, legumbres y nueces. Est\u00e1n compuestas por cadenas de amino\u00e1cidos, que son los bloques de construcci\u00f3n de tu cuerpo.<br><br>Existen dos tipos:<br>-Prote\u00ednas completas. Ejemplo: Carne.<br>-Prote\u00ednas incompletas. Ejemplo: Lentejas.<br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Grasas<\/strong>: Son una importante fuente de energ\u00eda concentrada y son esenciales para la absorci\u00f3n de vitaminas liposolubles, como las vitaminas A, D, E y K. Puedes encontrar grasas en alimentos como aceite, mantequilla, nueces, aguacate y pescado graso. Las grasas se dividen en grasas saturadas, insaturadas y trans, y es importante consumirlas en proporciones adecuadas para mantener una buena salud.<br> <br>Existen tres tipos principales:<br>&#8211; Grasas saturadas. Son s\u00f3lidas a temperatura ambiente. Ejemplo: Mantequilla.<br>&#8211; Grasas insaturadas: Son l\u00edquidas a temperatura ambiente. Ejemplo: Aceite de oliva.<br>&#8211; Grasas trans. Son grasas l\u00edquidas que se han modificado qu\u00edmicamente para que sean s\u00f3lidas a temperatura ambiente.
